โข Daily maintenance of the equestrian centre and estate
โข Tractor work including harrowing, rolling, topping, muck spreading, and grass management
โข Hay and straw making
โข General estate maintenance, including fence building and repairs
โข Machinery and equipment maintenance
โข Arena preparation for equestrian shows (including harrowing and rolling)
โข Trailer emptying and upkeep of livery and competition areas
โข Assisting with breeding stock and grass liveries
โข Working alongside John, the wider estate team, livery staff, and the event organising team

๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข Must be a competent tractor and machinery driver
โข Full UK driving licence required
โข Enthusiastic, reliable, and a strong team player
โข Genuine interest in farming, machinery and estate management
โข Practical, hands-on approach to work

Summer job – Event Organiser Assistant

Weโre looking for a motivated and organised Office Assistant to join our team for the summer at our busy equestrian show centre!
ย
- Helping to organise our summer competitions
- Assisting with planning Pony Club Regional Championships
- Supporting at competitions, camps, and clinics
This is a varied and hands-on role, so youโll need to be happy working both in the office and as part of the team during events.
What weโre looking for:
Confident using Microsoft Office programmes
Strong communication skills โ phone, email & in person
Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Social media skills

- 5 days per week
- Paid at minimum wage (age dependent)
