Sponsorship At Rectory Farm Arena

About Rectory Farm Arena

Rectory Farm Arena is a large equestrian competition venue just outside Cirencester in Gloucestershire. Over the course of a year we hold approximately 50 competitions and have between 35,000-40,000 visitors, making it a great venue to promote your brand.

We have a high quality 80m x 50m fibre/sand arena with a full set of BSJA jumps. The arena is available for private hire, 365 days a year, for individuals, Pony Club, Riding Clubs and International Equestrian Teams. We hold competitions at least once a week during the summer period from March to October. The competitions include Eventers Combined Training, BSJA, NSEA, and unaffiliated competitions.

We also have a Cross Country schooling field with a lovely range of jumps, and once a year we hold an unaffiliated One Day Event around the estate.

We are a friendly, family run business and we pride ourselves on running a professional centre that people want to return to time and time again.

Sponsorship opportunities.

At Rectory Farm Arena we understand the importance of getting your business name out there whatever business you are in and we know that sometimes finances can be restrictive. We also understand that not every business is the same, which is why we offer a range of sponsorship opportunities that are designed to give you the greatest promotion of your business at highly competitive rates.

However big or small your business is, we are committed to building long term relationships with you to ensure we support one another, and each gain the most from our partnership.

We offer various options but this list is by no means exhaustive. We are always willing to discuss ways of working together so, if you have an idea, why not get in touch and let us know!

Website, Instagram and Facebook advertising.

Website and social media advertising is included in all of our sponsorship packages as standard.  We add your company logo and website link to our website pages for the duration of your sponsorship. We also mention you on social media where appropriate.

Last year (2017) we had nearly 150k visits to our website. We have over 5,000 followers on Facebook and get more than 5,000 ‘likes’ a week to our posts. We have over 1,000 followers on Instagram.

British Show Jumping Sponsorship

This is our most popular package and includes an advertising banner at the arena for 12 months, title sponsorship of the 1.30m class at one of our BSJA shows (date to be agreed), commentary promotion on the day, company name and logo on the schedule and a complimentary trade stand space at the show.

You are required to supply the banner for the arena. The cost of this package is £300 plus VAT.

Show Jump Sponsorship

Show jumps are designed and supplied by Andreas Rumann.  The design can be creatively chosen to reflect your business and logo. The cost of the jump and design is covered by your business. Prices start at around £1000. The jump is placed in the arena for the first year free of charge. For every year after we charge a £350 plus VAT maintenance fee. For this fee we then ensure that your jump is repaired and repainted when necessary.

The Pony Club Regional Championships

This competition is held in August each year over three days. Competitors compete in Dressage, Show jumping or Horse trails and have qualified from four Pony Club areas (covering Surrey, Sussex, Mid and South Wales, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire).

There are around 600 entries and an average footfall of around 5,000 people.

The overall event is sponsored by Land Rover but we also have opportunities for other companies to sponsor various aspects of the weekend.
