The 80 x 50m Main Arena is set up with a full set of show jumps. It is available to hire for only £22 for half an hour or £40 for an hour.
The 80 x 35m Arena 2 has a full course of show jumps and is available to hire for only £36 an hour.
In each Arena you can have up to four horses during your booking, each additional horse is £5.
XC course is available to hire for £25/horse. No time limit.
It is your responsibility to ensure no poles are left on the ground, that jumps are returned for a height of 90cm – 1m and all droppings are removed from the arena and car park.
Refund policy
Arena Hire – A booking cancelled up to 48 hours before the booking date, a refund minus the admin and booking fee (£6.50) will be issued. Any cancelations with less than 48 hours notice, will be entitled to no refund.
NSEA – Prior to close of entries – Providing the entry cancellation request is made via the website, a full refund less £10 admin fee per horse/rider combination per class. After close of entries – a vet/doctors note is required. If provided, a full refund less £10 admin fee per transaction. After times are published – no refund. If a competition is postponed or cancelled, entries will either be carried over to the re-scheduled date or refunded less a £10 admin fee per transaction. Last minute changes to entries may incur a £5 admin fee.
Overnight Stabling – A booking cancelled up to 72 hours before the booking date, a refund minus the admin and booking fee (£6.50) will be issued. Any cancelations with less than 72 hours notice, will be entitled to no refund.
Unaffiliated showjumping – A booking cancelled up to 48 hours before the booking date, a refund minus the admin and booking fee (£6.50) will be issued. Any cancelations with less than 48 hours notice, will be entitled to no refund.
Combined Training – A booking cancelled up to 48 hours before the booking date, a refund minus the admin and booking fee (£6.50) will be issued. Any cancelations with less than 48 hours notice, will be entitled to no refund.
