Equine Influenza Vaccinations
Due to the recent increase in Equine Influenza cases, all horses and ponies attending Pony Club activities must be vaccinated in accordance with The Pony Club Equine Influenza Vaccination Policy.
For The Pony Club Regional Championships at Rectory Farm, it is strongly recommended that horses and ponies have received either a booster vaccination, or completed the primary vaccination course (V1 and V2), within 6 months and 21 days of arrival, in line with FEI recommendations.
Entries for all classes can be made via the Horse Events website

Food
There will be onsite food for the evenings of Friday, Saturday and Sunday providing evening meals.

Food is also available on site for the duration of the event from our Snack Wagons which provides breakfast rolls, burgers, paninis, toasties, salads and chicken and halloumi wraps plus a large variety of soft drinks, chocolates and sweets. The snack wagons will be open from 8am-6pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
There is a fuel station 2 minutes down the road and Cirencester, our local town, is 10 minutes away for those non-campers.
Horses competing in the PC Championship classes are advised to have a flu booster within 6 months of competition. No horse/pony may compete on the same day as a relevant injection is given or on any of the six days following an injection.

Photographic Rights – Competitors (and their parents/guardians if under 18yo) and or attendees/spectators/volunteers have given permission for any photographic and/or film or video footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in this event to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the organiser of the event, the venue, Top Shots Photography, or Official Sponsors of the venue or event.
